Just wanted to share the fantastic summary that my Productivity Coach Cindy Caulfield put together regarding yesterday’s Tony DiCello seminar. I tell you guys that, as usual, when you hear Tony it is such a learning experience! - Know your vision - what are you creating, where are you going? You can’t get anywhere if you don’t know where you are going? Have you written your vision yet?
- Have a schedule. Isn’t easy to get off task when you don’t have a schedule to follow? Tony has 18 ways to stay on schedule. See me for the list.
- If you want to earn more money than your living expenses, then attach meaning to the additional income you want to earn.
- Your habit create or destroy your success. What are your habits? Are they contributing to your success?
- What are you committed to? Again, know what you want.
- Record your success. Track the success that you have through-out the year.
- Write out the 10 most common objections. Don’t you get the same objections over and over from sellers? Do you have an effective objection handler for them?
- Practice your listening skills.
- Use video email.
- Take your listings over the phone.
- Use questions that plant doubt.
- Send a pre-listing package but have the 3 most important pages in it.
- Pre-qualify ALL your listing appointments.
- Set up a mastermind group.
- Interview 5 millionaires.
- Prospect 3 hours a day.
- Find someone to hold you accountable.
